Bayla is a 17-year-old registered Arabian mare standing 14'3 hands tall. She is very affectionate and loves men; Bayla rides English and Western on the trails.

Bow is a 20-year-old, "hot to trot" ex-racing mare who gets quiet when ridden frequently; she calls when ridden solo, loves to trot the trails and dirt roads in the lead or "tailgating." Bow would be great for a guy who likes to ride Western.

QUARTER HORSE

At six years old and 17 hands, Bronson is very solid in the ring and is starting to lead on the trails. Bronson wants to move and is for an experienced rider only. He wears an extra-wide saddle and size 6 shoes. See Bronson in action.

Dinero has ringbone (a type of osteoarthritis) so his abilities under saddle will be limited. He has been started back under saddle and has been ridden on the trails with other horses at the walk and trot. At this point we are unsure of how rideable Dinero will end up being, but he is up for adoption for a person who can appreciate his physical limitations while still giving him a great home. He has a huge personality and will come running across the field when he hears his name called.

Lacey is a solid riding horse in the ring and on trails; she loves to lead but will follow. She would be best for an intermediate rider. Lacey wears two front shoes and needs an extra-wide English or Western saddle.

Blondie is a 20-year-old Appendix ex-show horse who has foundered. He is not currently rideable, but that may change with time. Blondie is easy to work around; and while he is friendly to all, he has a special place in his heart for girls.

Twenty-four years old and solid for hunter pacing, Espirit likes to go for long working trot/canter trail rides with one or more horses. He wears four regular shoes and prefers to go English.

Jett is a 3 year old mammoth donkey who is still growing.. She has been ridden by children and will soon be ridden by small adults. She needs an experienced horse or donkey person to finish her training. Jett has a huge personality, loves attention, stands great to groom, and enjoys going for walks down the street and on the trails. Jett gets along well with horses who like donkeys and would make an excellent companion or trail donkey.

Sweet Pea is indeed very sweet. She would be good for a man or a woman, and she rides on trails alone or with other horse. Sweet Pea gets along well with other horses and is easy to work around.

A 10-year-old go-getter Haflinger (draft) pony gelding who loves to do miles, Cooper would like an experienced, quiet woman who has time to ride at least 4-5 times a week. Cooper wears two front shoes and rides with an extra-wide English saddle.

Romeo is an 18-year-old Thoroughbred who fell on hard times in his post-racing career. He has recently gone back to some riding - his rider must weigh 125 pounds or less - and is getting back into shape.

Wicked is a badly abused Morgan gelding who loves to go on trail rides; due to an old spinal injury his rider must weigh 125 pounds or less. He rides both English and Western and hates the ring. Wicked also loves to go for long hand walks. He is not suitable for children.

Rider Weight Restriction: 125 lbs.

A 19-year-old 13’3 hand registered BLM (Bureau of Land Management) Mustang mare, loves grooming and attention. Breezy's riding days are over, but she is a wonderful companion pony.

A 30-year-old Welsh pony, Folly still loves to go for trail rides (ponied by a horse) or a long hand walk with kids.

Toby is a shy, sweet ex-race horse who loves one-on-one attention and prefers small women. He wears bar shoes and degree pads and enjoys long, quiet walks on the trails.

Sweet Dara loves attention and being groomed. Due to an old hip injury, she is not rideable, but she loves to go for walks. Dara is safe with kids and gets along well with other horses - she's the perfect companion pony.
